My rat’s running…not very fast, but still running. Glad to see all my favorite blogging buddies in the cast of characters!

Hmmmm…I’ll have to ponder on this one. Lots of special moments of my deceased mother pop in my head as well as how much I love having a daughter of my own.

Help, I cannot get this site linked to the great button Melinda made. Apparently I am clueless!
Comment by carissah — March 9, 2008 @ 5:35 pm |
I’ll email you the tutorial.

How do I link to the button, Melinda? I don’t know what I’m doing …
Also, will we be privy to the password for Rum and Orange Juice? I was trying to find words for Jena, and it looks like I’ve run out of time!!

You didn’t run out of time! I decided to give us the option of password protecting posts that any of us feel may be too personal, and those posts will be only for those of us contributing to read. It is completely up to the discretion of the author of the post. All other posts will be public. I have emailed everyone the password to be used for these posts.
I will email you the tutorial.

Okay, you are dealing with such a techno-idiot. I got the button on … but now I want to know how to put a picture in my sidebar. Any ideas? Your button tutorial is amazing, by the way.

Thank you.
For just a picture follow all of the steps that are in the tutorial, just take out the part of the code that says:

Melinda, can you email me the tutorial as well when you get a minute? Sorry! Thought I could figure it out on my own, but clearly that’s happening. And apparently Travis is taking his boards pretty seriously – huh, as if that’s as important as our new blog’s button on my sidebar!
Comment by Laurie — March 11, 2008 @ 3:56 am |
haha. Laurie, I will get the tutorial out to you tonight.

Okay … how do I cut a piece of my text and move it down to another location within the post????? Am I really this stupid???? My word … I didn’t realize that in my attempt to be “up” on the technological times, my ego would take such brutal hits!
Comment by allthatweletin — March 11, 2008 @ 7:48 pm |
I haven’t been able to move text in the window of the post. Try cut and paste (ctrl+x for cut; ctrl+v for paste).

Hey there ladies. How can I go about getting the password?
